AROBS Transilvania Software debuted on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, the shares being traded under the AROBS stock exchange symbol from December 6, 2021. Founded in 1998 by the Romanian entrepreneur Voicu Oprean, AROBS is today a multinational with seven offices opened in Romania and seven others abroad, providing software services and solutions for a wide range of customers active in various industries countries in Europe, North America, and Asia.
In October of this year, AROBS closed in advance on the first day the largest private placement in the history of the AeRO market, by attracting the amount of 74.2 million lei from investors. The funds raised will support the company’s expansion strategy through the acquisition of IT companies, both nationally and internationally, the opening of new subsidiaries in major markets in Europe and the United States, as well as the development of the company’s expertise and specializations.
